The Valley Pregnancy Center opened its doors on October 31, 1988. The VPC provides our services free of charge to the women, men and families of our Tri-valley communities, including Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon and others in Alameda and Contra Costa County.

The VPC is funded by individuals, churches, local businesses and annual fundraising events. The pie chart reflects our budget by program expenses.

We see 1,200-1,500 clients per year, about fifty percent of those clients come for on-going practical and emotional support. The services we offer are quite extensive and unduplicated in the valley area. Over 65% of our services are provided by volunteers.

Volunteer Opportunites

There are many opportunities to serve at the VPC that do not require a big commitment of time, such as helping with our events, providing occasional clerical help in the administration office, or providing helping hands for various projects, just to name a few. For more details, please see the Volunteer Interest Sheet which can be mailed directly to the Center if you are interested in serving with us. Upon receipt of your form a staff member will contact you to arrange for a meet and greet tour of the Center.
